I’m Soni, an active EHR Implementor currently based in Canada and the creator of the PRO HIE Mentor and your guide through the Health IT Interoperability Mastery Program.

I’ve spent over 20 years working at the intersection of healthcare, data, and systems (Private and Public Systems) — helping hospitals, government agencies, and technology vendors connect the dots between clinical workflows and information exchange.

Throughout my career, I’ve seen brilliant Health IT professionals — analysts, informaticists, project managers, and developers — struggle to make sense of the constant jargon, standards, and moving parts in interoperability. I created this mentorship program to fix that.
